Purchasing products through the website is restricted exclusively to parties who are legally authorized to enter into contracts online in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

When you order a product(s), you expressly authorize Bab Sharqi to verify your credit card and to transfer, transmit, or obtain your credit card information or credit report information, including any updated information, to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, obtain initial authorization for card use, and/or authorize individual purchases, as we deem necessary. 2. Ordering products:
There may be a slight difference in the design of the outer packaging (carton) of the product received by the customer and its display image on the Bab Sharqi website. This is due to the manufacturer issuing a newer design for the outer packaging or carton of the product. However, this does not mean a difference in the content of the product, and Bab Sharqi guarantees this and always strives to update and renew the product display images periodically.
The store may choose to accept, reject, or cancel your order in certain cases, including but not limited to, if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product was priced incorrectly, or if the order is found to be fraudulent. The website will refund any payments made for orders that are not accepted or are canceled.
All orders are subject to acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information, our inability to obtain authorization to collect payment, delivery restrictions that apply to a particular item, the item requested not meeting our quality control standards and being withdrawn, you not meeting the eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions, or any other problem we discover.
Bab Sharqi keeps a record of your transactions for a reasonable period of no less than ten years.
After completing your order, you will receive a text message thanking you for shopping at Bab Sharqi, and you will receive an email with details of your order.
