The Golden Guarantee is a quality guarantee at Bab Sharqi that gives the customer the possibility of obtaining a replacement product in the cases explained within the guarantee policy.
The warranty covers defects in product quality or preparation, damage resulting from shipping or mishandling, or receiving a product that does not match what was ordered.
Customer service will be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the order, and a clear picture of the product and the note will be shared through official channels. The current product will then be returned to verify the condition.
A replacement product will be sent if compensation is due.
Misuse or improper storage after receipt is not covered by compensation.
