Due to the nature of our fresh food products, and in the interest of customer safety and product quality ,

Cancellation or replacement requests are not accepted after order confirmation .

If there is a clear note on the order (such as a product error or defect),

- Please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted if there is an error in the order and after contacting customer service within the specified period.
  • If the customer does not respond to the shipping company or there is an error in the delivery address, additional delivery fees may be charged or deducted from any compensation issued.


Customer Compensation Policy:

Compensation, if due, will be disbursed within 2 to 14 working days , depending on the type of compensation and its processing mechanism.

  • The delivery cost (25 riyals) may be deducted from the compensation amount due in cases where this is required, according to the return policy.
