What the Golden Guarantee includes:
The customer has the right to obtain a replacement product in the following cases:
- There is a defect in the quality or preparation of the product.
- Damage caused by shipping or poor transportation.
- Receiving a product that does not match what was ordered.
Replacement mechanism:
- Contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order .
- Share a clear image of the product and the note via official channels.
- The current product is being recalled for condition verification.
- A replacement product will be sent if compensation is due.

- Some of our products are packaged in a precise, aesthetically pleasing package and may be affected by handling or tilt during transportation . We ask our valued customers to handle products carefully to maintain their quality as designed.
- Misuse or improper storage after receipt is not covered by compensation.
