Saudi coffee with cardamom and saffron

Authentic Saudi coffee from Bab Sharqi, a genuine blend of carefully selected coffee beans with premium cardamom and saffron.

Ingredients: Ethiopian heritage, 100% Arabica coffee beans, cardamom, saffron

Preparation method:

Boil 1 liter of water

Add 35g of coffee

Simmer for 10–15 minutes

Remove from heat and leave for 3–5 minutes to allow the coffee to settle, then pour into a serving pot.

Note: The coffee contains the minimum amount of cardamom suitable for cooking, and additional cardamom and saffron can be added after cooking if desired.
